Our clients demand the highest standards of security and confidentiality, and we are happy to discuss client-specific requirements as necessary. Accurate Data employs and enforces strict standards in a number of areas:
  • Office Security: Accurate Data carefully monitors and logs all visitors entering and exiting our office, and staff members use a separate, password-protected entrance.
  • Technology Security: Accurate Data uses advanced network security software, and all data is stored on internal servers in a locked room. Electronic transfer of data takes place only by client request and with secure, dedicated lines.

  • Employee Security: Accurate Data actively screens its employees. Staff members use an individual identification and password, and their work is closely supervised by human and electronic methods.
  • Document Security: Accurate Data restricts access to all documents, and we have a proven track record of never misplacing any documents or data since our inception. If requested, industrial shredders are used to destroy documents when a project is completed, or we can transport them to you using our secure, in-house courier service.
